Does anyone out there know have how to convert mcg to mg? I am wanting to know the equivant of prednisone with each actuation of Flovent HFA 220 & Combivent as well as each spray of Nasonex or Fluticasone Propionate 50mcg.

I doubt that you can do that but you might ask a pharmacist. Combivent has no steroid in it. When you are going from a liquid or something mixed with a gas to a solid I don't know how accurate it would be.

I don't think the comparison would be valid. I don't think amounts of a medicine that circulates throughout your body can be validly compared to one that is inhaled directly into the affected area--not to mention inhalation technique and specific disease physiology.
