Hard to believe it for me really. 35 years smoking, had a CHF 3 years ago, was diagnosed with COPD (And a few other things). Started with the drugs and continued smoking. Slowly quit the drugs, but kept smoking. Had a flare up (Couldn't breathe) and stayed in the hospital for 1 night.

Got back to work, picked up vehicle and left, was thinking of stopping to buy "Electronic" smokes, but even passed on THAT!!

Every time I think of having a smoke now it's a brief "How about a small puff....? NO WAY!!"

If I do "Give in" I won't feel bad, but I won't stop trying to quit.....

YAY GENE!!!! Keep it up! The BEST thing you can do for yourself! I used orange tootsie roll pops....really! They worked for me. Every time I had an urge...popped a pop! Good job! Don't give in...you'll be right back at it...you know you will.

...............Stay strong!!!
