Dave would you know if serving in korea for 13 months can cause Emphysema,and pulmonary
fibrosis. I have not heard anything to the adverse..

No, even if exposed to Agent Orange on the DMZ, they are not presumtpive for service connection. And anything smoking related is prohibited by law. People have tried to get IPF approved, but the research by the IOM does not back it up. IOM is part of NIH.
