I found these excersizes to kind of give me some changes in routine. Seems I concentrate on walking most and forget others. Hope they are usefull to someone.

There are some good yoga classes as well as silver sneaker classes on youtube which help a lot.

Don't forget weights/resistance/strengthening training. There's some evidence that strengthening is even more important than aerobic exercise and certainly contributes to endurance and stamina.

Exercise not only lets me live, it enables me to have a life.

I wish I could remember where I saw this on T.V. A Dr. was talking and he said if you have breathing problems and can't breathe, why would you want to exercise and have trouble breathing more. Did anyone know what Dr. said that.. I would love to hear what else he has to say.

That doc is no pulmonologist and certainly doesn't understand COPD. I hope he knows more about other things, or I fear for his patients.
