I have had copd for some years now. And have been doing best I can to not get worse and hopefully to improve. I have been more active lately, which is good. I have one problem I have yet to solve. I have a nose that seems to be clogged daily. Some from from mucus I believe. Also , especially the right nostrel seems to be impacted where it does not do much breathing. I have tried, Mucinex, saline spray, and no luck yet. Anyone have any success with something that works better?

I also have a terrible problem with stuffed sinuses. The only thing that truly works 100 % of the time for me is Adrian nasal spray. It works well but also seems to have a rebound. effect. When the Afton wears off it seams my sinuses are just as bad if not worst than before. In the daytime When I am having trouble I usually use a generic decongestion tablet from Walmart. One pill usually give me some relieve for 4hours and then I take another but I avoid them before bedtime because they make sleeping difficult.

Both vigorous sex and onion dicing will unclog your sinuses, or so I've been told.

I use the nettle pot which really helps me. I used sprays and different stuff and this worked the best. Use warm water and some salt.
